A new version of Active Steward has been released, some of the main changes are listed below.

• Performance has been improved for a faster user experience in large campaigns.
• A new campaigns “Search” so that external users can find pages and documents/tasks easily (magnifying glass icon on the top-right corner).
• The text editor (used in campaign pages, comments,…) has been improved and it now includes merge tags (tags that automatically change on rendering depending on the context, for example, substance name), mentions to other users (which will be notified in the notification section or by email), improvements on the source code editor, a format painter option and an easier way to add external iframes.
• Exporting tables has also been improved – the export buttons have moved to the table header and the internal procedure to get Excel files has been standardised.
• A new document importer that uses an Excel spreadsheet to import documents and their attributes.
• A new “Send email” button has been added to screens with entities (companies) to make easier to send communications to those interested in a specific constituent or issue.
• More technical changes include upgrading the internal Java libraries.
